Jack Needham has been training and coaching individuals in the art of self-awareness and personal growth for more than 25 years.
Jack is an ordained minister and the author of The Zebra Hunter and Stop Fixing, Start Leading! He holds a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a BS in Education. He is a member of American Society of Training and Development and the International Association of Coaches.
Jack, a certified Forgiveness Coach, serves as the Senior Mentor Coach and Trainer for the Heartland Miracles group. His work with A Course In Miracles over the past 20-plus years is at the heart of his passion to help others find the peace that passes understanding.
Whether in individual coaching sessions or leadership development classes, Jack leads people to identify self-defeating behaviors and helps them make powerful choices to achieve their goals. With his perceptive insights into human nature and his ability to relate to people on spiritual and emotional levels, Jack inspires individuals and organizations to change and grow by asking masterful questions and holding them accountable for their actions.
